Ariba

Ariba was a leading provider of spend management applications and network services for B2B e-commerce. It had its IPO in 1999. Over time, through development and acquisition, it covered the full range of business-to-business commerce activities and eventually formed a supplier network known as the Ariba Network. It was acquired by SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) in 2012 and continues under the SAP Ariba name.
