CHICAGO – February 11, 2025 – First Analysis acted as the exclusive financial advisor to The Benefits eXpert^® (TBX^®), an employee benefits technology company that offers an engagement, education and administrative platform, in its sale to Selerix, a provider of cloud-based benefits administration and communications solutions.

TBX’s employee education products, combined with Selerix’s cloud-based administrative capabilities, will form a comprehensive end-to-end employee benefits platform that integrates benefits administration and education, helping employees better understand their benefits and driving deeper engagement for employers. Employers, brokers, carriers, and partners will also benefit from the combined platform’s advanced decision-support tools, tailored benefits education, streamlined enrollment processes, and enhanced data accuracy, which together enhance the user experience and provide easier access to information while reducing administrative burdens for employers.
