Concord Communications

Concord Communications offered software that optimized application performance and availability across networks and systems. Its business service management software reduced IT downtime, improved capacity planning, and optimized service level management — thereby enabling customers to increase revenue and productivity. It had an IPO in 1997. It was acquired by Computer Associates International (now a subsidiary of Broadcom Inc., Nasdaq: AVGO) in 2005.
