Dialogic Corp., which was acquired by Intel (Nasdaq: INTC) in July 1999, was the leader in open-architecture call processing components. First Analysis’s investment in Dialogic came through GammaLink, a leading manufacturer of PC-fax communication products that merged with Dialogic in 1994.
