USA Waste Services Inc., which merged with Waste Management Inc. (NYSE: WM) in 1998, provided integrated waste management services in more than 30 states, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. First Analysis’ investment in USA Waste came through Envirofil Inc., a solid waste management firm that merged with USA Waste in 1994.
