CHICAGO - June 1, 2016 — First Analysis analysts once again ranked among top performers in their sectors in the Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards for the United States. First Analysis’s Corey Greendale was named No. 1 stock picker for the commercial services & supplies sector. Lawrence Berlin, recognized for the second time, was named No. 3 earnings estimator for the IT services sector. Craig Nankervis, also recognized for the second time, was named No. 3 earnings estimator for the software sector.
“Three of our nine lead-coverage analysts were recognized for their performance this past year. That such a high proportion of our research team was recognized speaks to the unusual depth and strength of the research effort we’ve built over the past 35 years. I am very proud of this accomplishment and the hard work behind it,” said First Analysis President Oliver Nicklin.
Greendale, senior vice president at First Analysis, focuses on software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses, particularly in human capital technology. Nankervis, senior vice president, focuses on fast-growing companies providing SaaS for key enterprise applications such as on-line storefronts, network security, and customer relationship management. Berlin, vice president, focuses on technology for the financial sector and especially on the evolution to mobile and other forms of on-line payments.
